The Tugboat Inn offers 64 harborside guest rooms and suites in 5 buildings located near or over the water. All accommodations are tastefully decorated and feature king or queen size beds, private bath with personal amenities, individual climate control, remote controlled cable television, in-room brewed coffee with Keurig coffee makers and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Red Building

Superb Harbor View

The first level (some stairs, not first floor) features three large Pet Friendly guest rooms with semi-private balconies that overlook the outer harbor. The one bedroom “Crow’s Nest suite” on the upper level features a king bed, jetted bathtub, living room, fully equipped kitchen and large private deck with a superb harbor view (not pet friendly).

Rooms 500 – 503

RELAX ON THE DECK OVERLOOKING THE WATER

This building features 2 levels, and is actually located over the water. The 2nd floor offers single kings or single queens, and the 1st floor offers 2 queens or single queens. Most rooms have deck space outside their door, and most rooms have excellent harbor views.

Rooms 101 – 132

Semiprivate Balconies On The Marina

These four rooms feature semi-private/shared balconies. The two front rooms directly face the water and feature Tempur-Pedic beds. The two side rooms have a limited view from the room but share a waterview deck. Our hot tub is located in front of the Marina Building.

Rooms 201 – 204

Spacious Rooms With Private Balconies

Our largest, most deluxe accommodations, second and third level rooms feature private balconies. Third level rooms also feature king beds and loveseats. The one bedroom “Clipper Suite” features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, private deck and partial water view. First floor rooms offer 2 queen beds and common deck space outside your door.

Deck Space and Bay View

Also located over the water, this 2 story building features excellent views of the inner harbor and our own marina. 2nd level rooms have a sliding glass door which opens onto a semi private balcony. 1st level rooms share a common deck and have a mix of single queen or 2 queen beds.
