The Tugboat Inn offers 64 nonsmoking rooms and suites located in 5 different buildings. All accommodations are tastefully decorated and feature king or queen size beds, private bath with personal amenities, individual climate control, remote controlled cable television, in-room brewed coffee with Keurig coffeemakers, touch tone telephone with voice mail and free local phone calls. New for 2013, all rooms also have an iron and ironing board, 42" flat screen television and small refrigerator. A complimentary computer with high speed DSL and fax/printer/scanner is available in our hotel lobby. Complimentary wi-fi is available throughout the property. Also new for 2013 is our guest hot tub, located on the Marina Deck overlooking the inner harbor.

The first level (some stairs) features three large guestrooms with semi-private balconies that overlook the outer harbor. These rooms are now Pet Friendly. The one bedroom "Crow's Nest suite" on the 2nd level features a jetted bathtub, living room, fully equipped kitchen and large private deck with a superb harbor view.

These four rooms feature semiprivate/share balconies. The two front rooms directly face the water and feature Tempurpedic beds. The two side rooms share a waterview deck. Our new hot tub is located in front of the Marina Building.

and third level rooms feature private balconies. Third

Please note ALL our rooms are nonsmoking. Smoking in or near a nonsmoking room (leaving the room smelling of smoke) will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
With only a few exceptions, we are unable to guarantee specific rooms ~ Requests are honored whenever possible.
